Apart from the three directors and other key staff listed in the company profile who are all professionals in valuation and estate management, our firm has other support staff including field assistants, secretaries, accountants, caretakers and messengers (see attached organizational structure).

 Support Facilities

The firm has adequate access to support facilities required in undertaking a wide range of projects.  This includes a modern office space, motor vehicles, computers and telecommunication facilities.

The firm is fully equipped with necessary infrastructural resources needed to perform the proposed tasks adequately.

We have field vehicles including two four wheel drive vehicles.  Our permanent offices are fully equipped and IT compliant.  We have digital cameras, hand-held GPS, several compasses, measuring tapes and updated rent and valuation documentation unit.

Currently we have the capacity to carry out 50 valuations a week.

Green Gain Consultants Limited is fully registered with the Kenya Registrar of Companies as a limited Company.  We are also registered and Tax Compliant with Kenya Revenue Authority under PIN Registration No. P051321001Y – All attached in Appendix. Also audited accounts for the last two years can be obtained upon request at our Head Offices.
